Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Assistant, you will provide essential support to the marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns. You will assist in coordinating marketing activities, conducting market research, and contributing to the development of marketing materials to promote the company's products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
• Coordinate logistics for events, trade shows, and promotional activities, including vendor management, booth setup, and collateral preparation.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to the marketing team, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Assist in the production of multimedia content such as videos, graphics, and infographics to support marketing initiatives.
• Maintain content calendars and scheduling tools to ensure timely delivery and publication of marketing content across various platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing data from customer surveys, website analytics, and other sources to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Monitor industry news and developments to stay informed about relevant market trends and opportunities.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files and documents.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to fulfill marketing-related requests and orders.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
