Marketing Assistant
Full Time Position: Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm, additional hours during events and holidays

Bachman’s Marketing team has an opening for a Marketing Assistant. The position is in need of someone who will support the marketing and website team in their strategy and assist with execution to deliver their goals.

Job Duties:
- This position will assist in the creation of content for online communications through all social media channels.
- The Marketing Assistant will review, communicate, and optimize digital engagement initiatives.
- Support Bachman’s Wholesale, Weddings, and Landscape & Garden Services operating divisions in the execution of their communication strategies for internal stakeholders and customers.
- Provide administrative support and planning for the Bachman’s Heritage Room and workshops, Retail events and workshops, and general marketing support.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 4 Year degree in Marketing or Communications
- Traditional and Digital Marketing Experience.
- Demonstrate social media, SEO, and analytics knowledge and execution.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo, video, copy).
- Presenting and communication skills.
- Excellent prioritization and organization skills.
- Ability to work across department and to work independently to meet uncompromising deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday 8am to 4:30pm
- Longer hours may be needed during events and holidays
