Marketing and Sales Specialist

PAY AND PERKS:

Offering a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $100,000+/year, this position invites you to become a key player in our commitment to excellence. We also offer solid benefits and perks, including a family environment, respectful management and team members, and holidays off after 90 days. You also get paid time off, earning more the longer you're with us.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in polished concrete and epoxy industries
• Ability to leverage digital tools for customer connectivity

Proven success in managing concrete polishing crews and a degree in marketing are a plus!

YOUR TYPICAL DAY:

The Marketing and Sales Specialist position at Southland Concrete Creations operates on a full-time schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Your typical day as a Marketing and Sales Specialist begins with strategic planning, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. Crafting detailed proposals that showcase our concrete solutions follows, showcasing your dedication to precision and excellence. As you manage concrete polishing crews and build relationships with clients, architects, and industry partners, you'll also leverage digital tools to maintain customer connections and foster repeat business. Your role is one of multifaceted responsibility, contributing significantly to the growth and success of Southland Concrete Creations!
