Synergy Homecare North Atlanta provides in-home care services including medication reminders, surgery recovery, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, meal preparation, personal care, respite care, transportation, housekeeping, and companionship. Our services are available 24/7 and we currently provide services in the following areas: Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Milton, Cumming, Atlanta, Buckhead, Brookhaven, Dunwoody, Vinings, Duluth, and Norcross. Our office is independently owned and operated by two caring Moms who are actively involved in the community and who wanted to make a difference in the lives of those who need home care.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate located in Atlanta Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential new referral sources, engaging with clients via phone and email, providing information on our services, scheduling and conducting consultations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Sales skills, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and closing deals
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with potential clients effectively
• Ability to understand and communicate the benefits of in-home care services
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly home care, is a plus
• BASE Salary range PLUS Commissions. Base will typically be 60% of total compensation package.
