M-F 9:00am-5:00pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Magazine Advertising Sales Representative. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving Advertising Sales and building strong relationships with new and current advertisers. Your efforts will contribute to the growth and success of our magazine.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Calls: Initiate and maintain sales calls to persuade both new and existing advertisers to purchase Ad space in our magazine.

Ad Proposal Creation: Develop compelling advertising proposals that highlight the benefits of advertising with us.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative strategies for increasing sales, and then implement these ideas effectively.

Follow-Up Calls: Regularly follow up with advertisers who have shown interest to gauge their readiness to make a purchase.

Invoicing: Handle the invoicing process for advertisers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Contract Management: Organize and collect advertiser contracts, maintaining proper documentation and records.

Ad Material Coordination: Ensure that all Ad materials, including images and text, are prepared and delivered on time for magazine production.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to advertisers, offering assistance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in advertising or related industries.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to contribute to the company's growth.

Knowledge of the beauty and cosmetic industry is a plus.
