Position Overview:
- As a Marketing and Sales Analyst at you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to promote our laboratory services and drive business growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, market research expertise, and a keen understanding of the diagnostic laboratory industry. The Marketing Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify market trends, and contribute to the development of effective marketing strategies.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Marketing and Sales Analysis:
- Analyze data from various sources to assess market demand, customer behavior, and key performance indicators.
- Evaluate sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Competitive Intelligence:
- Monitor and analyze competitors' marketing strategies, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to stay competitive and enhance our market position.
- Customer Segmentation:
- Work closely with the marketing team to identify and define target customer segments.
- Develop and maintain customer profiles to tailor marketing strategies for specific audiences.
- Campaign Performance Analysis:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analysis.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing initiatives and improve return on investment.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Manage and maintain marketing databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for key stakeholders, summarizing marketing performance and key metrics.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to gather insights and align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide support in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Market Positioning:
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies that enhance the company's brand and positioning in the diagnostic laboratory industry.
Experience/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostic laboratory industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing analytics tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
