A Marketing and promotion coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating Marketing and promotional activities to support the overall marketing objectives of a company. They work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
· Coordinate and manage all aspects of marketing projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as graphic designers, copywriters, and digital marketers, to create marketing materials and content.
· Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer surveys to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
· Track and analyze key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
· Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to increase brand visibility and engagement.
· Coordinate and attend marketing events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products or services.
· Maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry professionals to secure media coverage and partnerships.
· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
· Stay up-to-date with marketing best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
· Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or promotions.
· Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
· Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as social media management platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.
