Position Description:
As a Marketing and Operations Coordinator at Niyama Sol, you will be crucial in supporting the President and Director of Operations in various marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will span email, SMS, social media, and brand awareness efforts. Additionally, you'll be involved in product merchandising and client relations, contributing to our brand's overall success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and social media.
- Contribute to brand awareness strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate product merchandising activities to optimize visibility and sales.
- Engage with clients to build strong relationships and address their inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and marketing integration.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or professional experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client relations.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies.
Eligible for monthly performance-based bonuses after the first 90 days.
