- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating best-in-class Marketing and Merchandising campaigns, helping to drive sales, engagement, and customer growth. They will oversee the execution and optimization of all elements of their marketing campaigns (product, copy, targeting, creative templates, timing, etc.) and will leverage performance data and testing to develop recommendations and best practices. They will build, merchandise, and optimize customer “destinations”/landing pages on the Amazon.com site in support of these product set(s), with the goal of engaging, inspiring, and converting customers and building affinity for this specific group of products. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who is customer obsessed, data-driven, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
In addition, this role will work on experimentation and strategy around content for Detail pages and Search, on behalf of the Fashion and Fitness categories.
A successful candidate must be able to work at the strategic level (using customer behavior to generate ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (optimizing campaigns, analyzing engagement data, and solving problems). This candidate will have a strong understanding of the marketing funnel and possess project management skills and influencing skills to work across multiple teams to achieve success.
Core responsibilities of the Marketing Manager will be to:
- Quickly onboard to utilize Amazon marketing tools and services to build and execute site builds that will go live to customers
- Track progress to marketing metrics, goals, and KPIs to measure success of marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and signals in which types of campaigns, including creative, product, or messaging is performing best, and utilize these inputs to optimize campaign strategy over time
- Own merchandised landing pages, detail page and search experimentation by managing creative processes, targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on the state of initiatives and goals assigned.
- Manage and report out on projects, status, and work with teams to remove any project blockers.

The base pay for this position ranges from $87,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market.
