Job Description:
Social Media/Brand Plan:
- Develop and execute a social media and brand plan for attracting customers on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin.
Website Plan:
- Oversee the redesign of our website, ensuring it is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for analytics.
- Implement video and drone content to enhance the user experience.
- Develop strategies for selling Wabash parts through the website.
New Entity Introduction:
- Lead the marketing efforts for the grand opening, including ribbon-cutting ceremonies and media coverage with publications such as Biz Journal.
- Develop and execute a vendor open house to showcase our products and services.
Identity Confirmation for River-Roads Sales & Leasing:
- Implement advertising, marketing, and sales initiatives to confirm the identity of River-Roads Sales & Leasing within the new entity.
- Develop a sales plan, leveraging website traffic and other channels.
Sales Plan:
- Utilize platforms like Truckpaper, NTDA, and cold calling to generate leads.
- Establish relationships with trucking associations in Missouri and Illinois.
- Implement CRM (Zoho) to manage customer relationships.
- Expand partnerships with additional equipment manufacturers.
- Create a driver-friendly environment at the new shop and advertise on trucking driver apps.
Company Culture:
- Organize team-building events to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage the company intranet and ADP platform.
- Create a monthly newsletter to keep employees informed.
- Recognize employee anniversaries and birthdays.
- Coordinate recurring giveaways such as turkeys, peaches, and tickets to blues events.
- Implement Driver/Mechanic Appreciation Week.
Employee Hiring:
- Assist in the creation of job postings on platforms like Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and LinkedIn for talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. (preferred)
- Proven experience in marketing and advertising.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
