Job Description:
Responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of a discrete suite of operational processes and tasks for all financial centers within assigned area. Exercises internal control discipline and operational excellence within a line of business. Provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes. Leverage existing systems of record for the tracking, monitoring and escalation of risk related issues to management. Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture.
Examples of planning and execution responsibilities include, but not limited to: the planning, scheduling and conducting of surprise cash counts for all locations in assigned area; key/combination/negotiable item inventory and reconciliation; remote ATM Pride inspection assignments and ownership.

Job Description:

Required skills:
- A minimum of two years recent experience in a BAC financial center, with particular emphasis on operations management
- Must be able to fulfill role requirements without daily managerial oversight
- Has the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Will follow established processes and guidelines in daily self-directed activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
- Must be able to travel to any financial center within defined market(s); may need to travel to two different financial centers in the course of a single day
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic, intense focus and attention to detail
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills; including the ability to communicate effectively with partners regarding areas of opportunity identified
- Must be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours, as needed
Desired skills:
- Undergraduate degree
- Experience in the following industries: Consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, or retail
