Key Role-Responsibilities:
- Drive Milestone KPI(s) within target account on & off premise universe
- Deliver depletion results that are at or exceed annual plan goals within target account universe
- Support broader Milestone brand development and state goal attainment thru: Wholesaler work withs, GSMs, & trainings.
- Business reviews on performance vs goal
- Opportunity identification thru use of systems (types-sizes-customers)
- Support building consumer adoption and recall thru execution of events and promotions.
- Contribute and participate to program development and business review templates
Skills and Experiences:
- Minimum 2yrs experience within Spirits industry. Wisconsin experience preferred
- Microsoft Office baseline knowledge and openness/ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work non traditional hours (nights-weekends)
- Fact based/ Feature and benefit selling
- Entrepreneurial mind set. (aka problem solver)
- Ability to work solo and thru others to deliver results
- Prior experience selling to multi outlet-concept operators preferred
- Valid drivers license

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
