The role:
Market Directors will oversee the day-to-day field work of Career Development Managers, Apprentice performance, and the business and market development of the Orange County Area. Market Directors are key to running a top notch group training organization and ensuring AAG CA will work in compliance with the standards of a D.O.L apprenticeship and will include (but not limited to) KPI tracking, apprenticeship progress, training and education, new account development, recruitment, intakes, events, and more. Market Directors will be champions for apprenticeship and network within the community to cultivate growth and partnerships bringing apprenticeship as a post secondary option to individuals while serving dealerships to develop effective workforce planning.

- Recruitment & Staffing - Full Cycle
- Successful track record of reaching performance goals
- Managing/developing others
- Balancing multiple caseloads/accounts
- Providing transparent feedback and giving consistent feedback.
- Create and foster the relationship between AAG and the apprentice and their host employer.
- Completing administrative tasks and field notes
- Build networks to ensure that the brand is well represented in the apprenticeship community.
- Excellent communication skills and able to work in remote on the road positions
- Is comfortable delivering feedback both positive and negative and displays the motivation and leadership that is the AAG DNA.
- Tech saavy and can use apps, ats systems
- Interview and Hiring skills / experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
