Position Summary:
Demonstrates proficiency and regularly performs assembly duties for PET Foam, wall drains, PVC drains, kitting, drain kit packaging, or other specialty products.
Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare and/or Assemble components according to SOP's by reading, understanding and following procedures.
- Follow daily schedule for assembly.
- Prepare and assemble components and materials as needed for daily schedule build.
- Order raw materials where appropriate.
- Set up equipment and tools for daily build.
- Stage Product and label where appropriate.
- Document completed and incomplete product.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Basic math, reading and writing skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate machinery.
- Ability to read blueprints or ability and willingness to learn.
- Accuracy in measuring.
- Decision-making skills.
- One (1) to two (2) years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Education and Certification:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
