Your Opportunities:
Executes the process of assembly, filling, labeling & packaging equipment of varying complexity and in accordance with production manufacturing records, and operating procedure requirements to produce finished intermediates and final kits while meeting production targets. Ability to be a subject matter expert (SME) in one or more areas of production
Capable of basic transactions within highly complex systems and controls in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g. receive, process, build product/materials, facilitate material availability, SAP transactions/confirmations).
Runs automated systems/equipment and sequences of operation, including: equipment setup, operation, and cleaning; monitoring and performing basic troubleshooting.
Participates in the execution of protocol/validations and .Contributes to daily end of shift reports and pass downs.
Other duties can include safety, quality compliance, and continuous improvement in a team and collaboration setting
Who you are:
Your education is a High School Diploma/GED, required. An associate degree is preferred.
You bring 2 years of relevant work experience with automated manufacturing equipment and validated software systems in a regulated environment (Preferred experience in GMP environments)
You are familiar with sensors, motors, cylinders, etc., and with the use of hand tools and test equipment, required.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Experience with SAP required
Experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement, as well as with Google products (gMail, gSheets, gDoc, etc), preferred
Ability to successfully work with cross-functional teams
Physical conditions
Required to push, pull, and lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Repetitive, consistent movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
