Report to: Director of Operations
Compensation: From $55k to start, based on experience and qualifications.

Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years “hands-on” supervision in construction-related field, with strong background in estimating, take-offs, scheduling, and planning.
- Additional background in manufacturing or prefabricated housing a big plus.
Misc. Qualifications:
- College degree, preferably in construction-related engineering or construction management.
- Candidates must be career-oriented, highly computer literate, and have competency in Excel.
- Being organized, systems-oriented, and detail-minded is an absolute must.
Work Schedule:
The Manufacturing Operations Manager is expected to be present during most of the normal manufacturing work hours (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM), plus additional time after hours and on weekends to meet workload deadlines and for management and planning meetings.
Responsibility for the following:
- Principal assistant to the Director of Operations for all pre-manufacturing efforts.
- Proofing architectural drawings and blueprints.
- Overseeing and maintaining manufacturing supplies and inventories.
- Administrative oversight of shipping and receiving.
- Interface with Purchasing to coordinate all efforts.
- Maintenance of all manufacturing-related files for individual projects.
- Production planning & scheduling.
- Assist others with take-offs and preparation of requisitions for the common building materials which are shipped with each structure sold.
Additional responsibilities will include those normally associated with a managerial role in the plant, including assisting other managers and supervisors as required.
