· Full time employment Monday – Thursday 3:00AM – 1:30PM (10-hour shifts), or Monday – Thursday from 1:00PM – 11:30PM. Both shifts may involve occasional overtime.

The Manufacturing Machine Operator you will be responsible for setting up, monitoring and operating machine to cut and bend material structural to the angles specified by prints in accordance with quality standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team-based manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities | Duties

· Operate and maintain Manufacturing Machinery and equipment with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

· Set up machines, ensuring proper calibration, settings, and specifications for each production run.

· Conduct routine inspections throughout production.

· Record production data, including quantities produced and deviations from standards, accurately and timely.

· Prepare and run the roll forming mill, shear, saw, brake press, curving roll, lathe, and stamping press effectively.

· Monitor machine(s) performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

· Ensures the appropriate dyes are used for the corresponding part numbers.

· Routine duties and responsibilities are performed autonomously following established ISO 9002 procedures and policies.

· Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and secure environment for all workers.

Experience | Requirements

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting preferred.

· Basic computer skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities | Indicators

· Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management, both internal and external.

· Proficient in MS Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

· Ability to read and interpret manuals and instructions.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

· Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment physical examination and drug screening.
