SalaryAdecco is hiring immediately for Manufacturing Line Leaders in Mechanic Falls, ME. While working as a Manufacturing Line Leader for Adecco, you will earn $22.00-$24.00/hr DOE + other great benefits!
In this role, you will assist supervisors in directing staff members in the Production Department with a focus on coaching and communication. You will carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. These responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
3+ year’s related experience
Computer skills related to using Microsoft Office products
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions for use in practical situations
Ability to effectively train, assign and monitor tasks
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
