Manufacturing Engineer Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements in quality control.
- Ensure that the company’s manufacturing or repair processes are in compliance with all applicable industry standards
- Develops manufacturing or repair processes by studying product requirements, researching testing methods, and conferring with subject matter experts.
- Provides Manufacturing Engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Collaborates in design and development projects by training and guiding technicians.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by collaborating with peers and other company locations.
Manufacturing Engineer Qualifications and Skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Takes initiative
- Ability to lead and work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Manufacturing Engineer Education Requirements and Related Experience
Bachelor of Science degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering)
1-5 years of experience preferred but not required
Compensation Information
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
