This job is the backbone of our company in building the World's Greatest Archery Targets. You will be working in our manufacturing factory on the production line work building targets by forming, packing material, polypropylene covering, stapling, boxing, transporting throughout our warehouse and loading trucks to big and small retailers such as Walmart, Bass Pro, Cabelas, Academy Outdoors, Dick's Sporting Goods, and hundreds more. This is a fast-paced manual labor type job so bring your A-game. We manufacture archery targets to the highest standard as we are considered craftsmen by our customers.
There is a probationary period to meet quota then pay immediately goes to $16.00 an hour. Raises occur systematically and/or early promotion is made by managerial discretion based on productivity. After a probationary period, the benefits are fantastic including health insurance, sick pay, holiday pay, retirement and many other incentives. All of our workers are prideful of their craft in building Award-winning Archery Targets in the Outdoor Industry! Most of which are archers and hunters who have the love and interest of the outdoors.
