SalaryFulfillment Warehouse Team Member
RealTime Solutions is currently seeking an independent, dependable and self-motivated team member for our full-time fulfillment Order Picker/Packer warehouse position.
Monday - Friday, 8-5
Must work on-site in Becker, MN
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manually pick, package, collate, fulfill, ship and receive orders following detailed procedures
- Receive and ship items including accepting products, sort, store and maintain inventory including accurate cycle counts
- Accurately repackage items into smaller quantities according to customer order details
- Support team in larger fulfillment projects
- Timely research tracing requests and respond to customers
- Work cohesively with other team members to improve processes, recommend practices and reduce operating expenses
- Assist in logistics scheduling and estimating
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Candidates must be in good physical condition and able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics and/or fulfillment is required
- Capable of operating an electric pallet jack, forklift, stand-up and sit down to load, unload delivery trucks and pick orders in warehouse
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must
- Experience with inventory management systems and proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel is preferred
- Great attention to detail, problem solving, and multitasking is required
- Preferred experience in UPS, Fed-Ex and USPS systems
Work Environment and Physical Demand Requirements
- Required to stand, sit, walk, bend, push, pull, lift, climb, reach overhead and bend to the floor regularly throughout work day
- Occasional projects in cold environment less than 45 degrees
- Must be able to regularly lift and move 20 pounds or more
