We have daytime and evening teams to provide this continuity of care to our clients. About the hospital: Our hospital is a modern building that offers state-of-the-art medical care.
We provide our patients with high quality medicine through complete whole-life services: wellness, preventative care, general medicine, urgent care, advanced dentistry, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery. The hospital offers equipment to provide all in-house diagnostics including state-of-the-art digital radiography, including dental, digital ultrasound, EKG, endoscopy, full in-house laboratory, as well as referral lab availability. About the role: The Managing Veterinarian is responsible for providing medical leadership for the hospital, managing associate veterinarians, assuring regulatory compliance relating to the practice of veterinary medicine, and directing staff.
The Managing Veterinarian is also responsible for creating an environment of teamwork in which quality medicine is delivered. The Managing Veterinarian provides mentorship and guidance related to medical protocols and procedures. In partnership with the Hospital Manager, the Managing Veterinarian is responsible for the financial performance of the hospital, preparing operating and capital budgets, and meeting budget expectations.
