Job Description
The Managing Director will lead a team of dedicated full-time and part-time employees, in providing the utmost in care and service to their students. They will create a bond with parents during conferences, promote our services through school and business contacts, and deliver the finest supplemental services available to students anywhere in the United States.
Successful candidates will have the ability to diagnose key indicators of their overall success and will be responsible for the financial health of their centers. In turn, Managing Directors are compensated with a base salary and commission.
For applicants with sales and customer service experience, particularly in service or membership-oriented setting, we offer the opportunity for unlimited earnings, as well as excellent growth potential. It should be noted that this position will require some evenings Monday-Thursday and Saturday mornings.

- Overall center business management, leadership, and ensuring the delivery of the highest quality student educational programs.
- Parent consultations and conferences.
- Responsibility for daily, weekly, and monthly center operations, and a strong commitment to ensuring that each and every enrolled student receives the best education possible.
- Marketing, school, and community outreach efforts.
- Hiring, leading, training, and motivating a staff of full and part-time employees.
- Establishing and reaching business and personal goals, and coaching others to do the same in a very structured and fast-paced business environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent student, parent, teacher, and peer interaction and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented organizational and multi-tasking ability; flexibility.
- Results-oriented; takes initiative to achieve goals.
- Professional demeanor; leadership qualities.
- Demonstrated high energy, commitment, and urgency level.
- Enjoy working with children in a team environment.
