Spreetail is in search of an exceptional Brand Manager to spearhead our new Services Division. This role is tailor-made for an individual with a deep understanding of e-commerce marketplaces, brand development, account management, and strategic planning. Your leadership will be key in building this division from the ground up, and building the capabilities needed to accelerate our Brands' growth. You will also foster robust Brand partnerships and lead a team towards successful execution of our business objectives.
How you will achieve success:
- Utilize your knowledge of online marketplaces to drive growth strategies for our brand partners. Your data-driven approach will be key in enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and ultimately sales.
- Ensure that products are showcased with superior listings, combining rich content and visuals, to amplify conversion rates across marketplaces.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with our Brands. Construct and action Joint Business Plans in close harmony with brand partners, fostering shared visions and desired growth.
- Regularly assess the marketplace to identify growth opportunities. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives that capitalize on these opportunities and drive market share expansion for our partners.
- Collaborate with the Planning and Forecasting team to create precise and timely ordering plans for each Brand. Your effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be crucial to achieving mutual success.
What experiences that will help you in this role:
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, especially market leaders like Amazon, Target, Walmart, TikTok, and eBay.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager, Merchant, or similar role with emphasis on e-commerce marketplaces.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing operational processes, systems, and reporting mechanisms.
- Experience in managing financial outcomes and overseeing large business portfolios.
- Experience with inventory management/forecasting.
