Job Description

Long-standing supplier of hardware and fasteners to the Recreational Vehicle industry is seeking an Office Manager in Goshen, Indiana.

Responsibilities

  • Order entry
  • Price list entry
  • Maintain details of inventoried items
  • Inventory count entry
  • Action on tasks generated by daily and weekly reports
  • Assist management in longer-term projects designed to improve company efficiency
  • Interface with warehouse staff

Qualifications

  • Previous office experience including data entry
  • Understanding of Order > Shipment > Invoice life-cycle
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with windows based computers
  • Proficiency in email and calendars (Gmail based)
  • Basic knowledge of Excel. Understanding of basic formulas (sum, average, count, vlookup) would be good but is not required. However, a willingness to learn these is a must.
