Job Description
Long-standing supplier of hardware and fasteners to the Recreational Vehicle industry is seeking an Office Manager in Goshen, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Order entry
- Price list entry
- Maintain details of inventoried items
- Inventory count entry
- Action on tasks generated by daily and weekly reports
- Assist management in longer-term projects designed to improve company efficiency
- Interface with warehouse staff
Qualifications
- Previous office experience including data entry
- Understanding of Order > Shipment > Invoice life-cycle
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with windows based computers
- Proficiency in email and calendars (Gmail based)
- Basic knowledge of Excel. Understanding of basic formulas (sum, average, count, vlookup) would be good but is not required. However, a willingness to learn these is a must.
