Our Opportunity: The Manager, Treasury is a highly visible role responsible for optimizing the company's working capital, researching and recommending cash investment alternatives, managing daily cash processes, and evaluating key business initiatives from a cash flow perspective. This position reports directly into the Director, Treasury, US and has high interaction with the RBI Treasurer. In addition, the Manager will report on and present results and initiatives to the Leadership Team on a routine basis. This role has historically been a strong launching pad for future advancement within RBI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a STEM field preferred
- 3-4 years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or another quantitative or strategic role
- Expert Microsoft Excel skills and experience building financial models
- Team player with a proven ability to manage tight deadlines on various projects in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to persuade others and clearly articulate complex analyses and transactions
- Knowledge of foreign exchange, capital markets and corporate finance
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the corporate cash function for all RBI entities, including managing operating balances, monitoring foreign exchange requirements and negotiating investment rates with various financial institutions
- Creating short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts and budgets to review with the RBI Treasurer and CFO
- Reporting on monthly and quarterly cash flow and working capital results, determining key drivers and sharing insights with the RBI Treasurer and CFO
- Working closely with various business partners to manage payment terms and overall working capital for RBI
- Cultivating an extensive network of relationships, both within the company and externally, to ensure the best cash management results possible from daily routines and strategic initiatives
