Responsibilities

• Be a senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Da Vinci Unified (DVU) system functionality, warehousing best practices, 3PL operations and WMS capabilities

• Management of implementation team consisting Associate/Senior Consultants, motivating your team by building a high performing culture that rewards delivering customer value and developing a world-class consulting organization
• Oversee portfolio of WMS implementation projects & manage execution of consulting team deliverables including:
  • Detailed requirements gathering during the Discovery phase
  • Lead operational solutioning & system design
  • Review and manage junior consultants’ work
  • Support training, testing, and “go-live” to drive Customer Success
• Train, coach, and mentor junior team members
• QA and review system design solutions, training plans, and UAT scripts of other architects and consultants
• Execute on defined implementation models and SOWs that meet the needs of our various customer segments
• Manage project risks and handle escalations, working cross-functionally as necessary to deliver resolutions with minimal direction

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of leadership across WMS implementations of varying complexity and client sizes with achievement of strong results
• Expert level technical knowledge of WMS and distribution facility operations
• Possess good communication skills and strong driving force. With this ability, team members can accept their ideas, and the successful collaboration of the team will ensure the success of the projects
• 7+ years of experience in managing and leading teams on WMS project implementations
• Demonstrable experience training and developing a high performing team
• Working knowledge of extended Supply Chain management modules, including TMS, YMS, & LMS as well as ERP
• Strong work ethic with a “getting things done” mentality focused on delivering results for customers
• Experience and/or desire to be a part of a high growth SaaS start-up environment as one of the senior leaders while the company scales from early stage to 100+ employees
