Responsibilities:
YOU ARE A GREAT FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU:
- Have extensive experience in project management and team management.
- Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have experience work with SAP.
- Have a good understanding of Safety and OSHA guidelines.
- Have the ability to use Profit and Loss information to drive successful client financial and management objectives.
Some of the key responsibilities for this position include:
- Oversees all West Pharma SCS operations and locations.
- Ability to interview, hire, and manage associates at different skill levels.
- Develop operational plans to support aggressive short-term and long-term growth.
- Works side by side with account managers to ensure we maintain an ecstatic ideal client in West Pharma.
- Strategic planning - implementing business strategies, including marketing and sales strategies
