ImmPACT Bio is looking for an exceptional individual to join our growing team as Manager, Supply Chain Planning. This position will report directly to the Director, Procurement and be responsible for ImmPACT Bio's end to end material management .
Primary Responsibilities:
Demand and Inventory Management :
- Manage end-to-end Material Supply and Demand Planning processes; lead GMP materials requirement planning (MRP) activities.
- Manage targeted inventory levels aligned with demand-supply signals.
- Support the development of target inventory levels/Inventory Policy.
- Ensure continuity of supply that fulfills the projected demand across all types of activities within Tech Ops.
- Execute the monthly/weekly supply planning including the creation and updating of supply plans and identification of key supply decisions with all relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and advise management and appropriate internal teams of the current and future status of materials supply conditions and future risks.
- Escalate issues that will put at risk ImmPACT Bio's ability to meet trial participant or patient commitments or its ability to fulfill targeted supply plans.
- Responsible for planning and scheduling the movement of materials through internal life cycle.
- Analyze relevant data and determine factors that affect supply continuity to avoid constraints and disruptions while planning supply to be consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet schedules.
- ERP system experience, NetSuite preferred.
Order Planning and Execution :
- Generate purchase orders and ensure timely placement with suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers to track and expedite shipments, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Identify potential risks and disruptions in the Supply Chain and develop contingency plans.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams :
- Key contributor and liaison to all relevant stakeholders and functions to ensure supply plan represents consensus view of future supply plans and action.
- Organize and facilitate weekly joint supply and demand review meetings with each department:
- Review the rolling demand forecast and changes to the plan.
- Review supply plan and align on changes and adjustments that impact the production plan.
- Collaborate with manufacturing operations team to continuously assess available capacity against inventory plan.
- Participate and contribute to weekly organizational readiness meetings.
- Work closely with cross functional team and proactively escalate critical supply issues and mitigation strategies.
Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Analyze Supply Chain data to identify trends, assess performance, and make informed decisions.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Supply Chain efficiency.
Data Governance :
- Manage data governance policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of Master Data.
- Establish and maintain data quality standards and monitor adherence.
Data Maintenance :
- Create, update, and maintain master data records for BOM.
- Establish standard naming conventions, formats and UOM.
- Manage data related to products, including specifications, attributes, and variations.
Sales and Operations Planning:
- Prepare supply planning input into monthly S&OP cycle and annual budget cycle and present to senior executives.
Communication Skills :
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science with six (6) years of experience, or Master of Science with four (4) years of experience, or Ph.D. with one (1) year of experience or equivalent amount of education and experience.
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 15% travel
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business meetings and scientific conferences.

Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
Salary Range
$101,811 - $123,354 USD
