Grow your career as Manager, Social Media & Influencer Marketing within ALG Vacations, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will manage and execute the strategies for CheapCaribbean, BeachBound Vacations, Apple Vacations, and Funjet Vacations by creating weekly Social Media calendars, sourcing imagery, creating TikTok videos, working cross functionally to gather copy, and scheduling posting. You will be responsible for all community management across the social platforms. You will work closely with the brand marketing team to execute promotional creative and giveaway creative. You will be responsible for managing budget to boost posts and set up boosted campaigns on a monthly basis. You will own the process to identify and recruit influncers and coordinate their travel and activities internally with our co-op team and externally with resort partners. Additionally, you will analyze performance and provide recaps for all influencer campaigns, co-op and social campaigns including performance across the consumer brands.
A successful Manager, Social Media & Influencer Marketing will:

  • Own and drive social strategy and creation of social calendars for all brands across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and Pinterest and execute all scheduling and posting across all consumer brands.
  • Own and drive management of influencer campaigns including researching influencer backgrounds and recommending influencers for specific campaigns. Manage all communication with influencers including contracts, travel arrangements and marketing deliverables (the content they must provide). Create pitch decks and coordinate with SSI and resort partner for influencer property stay. Create recap decks, analyze performance and provide insights on how to improve future campaigns.
  • Identify new influencer strategies including sourcing and working with influencers who are posting without traveling. Guide the direction for talking points and monitor and report on performance.
  • Ideate and create all necessary assets for TikTok to drive engagement.
  • Manage paid organic campaigns in Meta, Pinterest and Tiktok. Work with brand team on budgets and manage monthly spend and targeting.
  • Manage brand standards across all social channels.
  • Conduct community management for social customer service and engagement on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads and Pinterest accounts. Throughout the day on a daily basis to reply to DM's, comments, and posts on our social channels. Direct all messages to our customer service team to handle. Engage with followers, rep-pin/repost, comment, like, and post daily across all consumer brands to encourage engagement; conduct swag giveaways or other tactics to promote engagement and increase followings.
  • Work with agency and in-house creative teams to request and create ongoing social campaigns. Work with agency to receive final social creative and schedule posting.
  • Independently analyze Social Media performance and provide monthly recaps for all brands across all platforms; work with merchandising team to provide POE for all co-op placements. Make recommendations on strategy improvements, types of posts that are successful, posting cadence, etc.
  • Grow social channel followings through giveaways, influencers, partnerships, etc.; own and manage the ideation of ways to grow platforms and keep track of platform growth in monthly reporting.
  • Additional duties as needed to support new social, influencer and marketing activities.

A successful Manager, Social Media & Influencer Marketing will have:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Social Media marketing/communications experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.
  • Familiarity with business management tools such as Sprout Social, Tagger, Teams, Trello, Google Analytics, Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of time.
  • Creative, self-motivated and ready to take initiative.
  • Strong writing, spelling, grammar and attention to detail is vital.
  • Strong time management and follow up skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, clerical and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and present ideas to business leaders.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to comply with strict deadlines and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Flexibility and willingness to conform to changing job responsibilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-orientated environment.
  • Competency in leveraging customer insight to creatively introduce forward thinking and dynamic approaches to merchandising.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple leaders across various vacation brands.
