GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Manager, ServiceNow Architect & Platform Operations will support the design, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform for HCA. Manage the configuration and optimization of ServiceNow components to ensure it aligns with the goals and initiatives of HCA. Provide solutions to address business challenges based on the ServiceNow platform and identify possible process improvements by utilizing the platform.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform for HCA. Designing, engineering, and configuring ServiceNow to automate internal Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes and Service Desk requests.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into solutions that can be implemented through the ServiceNow platform.
- Produce and update documentation in support of the operations of the ServiceNow platform.
- Research new functionality and opportunities provided by the ServiceNow platform that can be utilized by HCA.
- All other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of the design, development, integration with other applications as Active Directory, Jira, etc. and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build consensus and work closely with multiple staff members.
- Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical peers and management staff.
- Bachelor's degree in IT related study.
- ServiceNow related certification a plus.
- 5 years in implementation and support of ServiceNow.
- Prior experience supporting enterprise level ServiceNow projects.
Physical Requirements and Working Condition:
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
