Manager Service Center

Located in the Inland Empire. We are looking for a seasoned Manager who has 5 plus years experience managing a team of HVAC Techs able to resolve customer issues, providing technical support to field staff, conduct site survey’s, train and development technicians to offer options for repairs and replacements to our customers. You will also be responsible for hiring and performance management of the HVAC team, as well as the day-to-day operations to help increase revenue to help drive sales up and stay within your monthly service budget. We offer a base yearly salary and a annual management bonus.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• HVAC Repair experience - A must
• Sales and Service knowledge and experience
• Management experience - required
• Experience Training and developing technician to offer repair and replacement options
• Strong customer service skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• A valid driver’s license.
• Able to clear a Background check.
