At Onebridge Center, we need a caring, energetic leader to run our daily operations and ensure exceptional services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. As the Program Manager, you'll oversee our vocational rehabilitation and Adult Day programs, guiding a team of instructors to deliver engaging, person-centered support and services.

Your Superpowers:

- Managing staffing, supervision, training, and quality assurance

- Developing creative programs aligned with individual service plans

- Leading community outings and engaging activities

- Warmly welcoming new participants through enrollment and orientation

- Championing safety, incident reporting, and compliance practices

- Collaborating on marketing, tours, and the client intake process

- Conducting audits, documentation, and productive meetings

- Providing direct care and crisis intervention when needed

What You'll Need:

- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities

- At least an associate's degree or 2 years' equivalent experience

- Supervisory experience in human services (preferred)

- Excellent driving record and ability to pass background check

- Meet all of the minimum requirements set forth by DODD

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
