Position Summary: 

Reporting to the Director, Revenue Growth Management, the RGM Manager’s role will work with (1) RGM (2) Sales & Operations Planning, (3) Channel and Customer Strategy, and (4) Finance to support a best-in-class RGM capability for the company. This role will provide analytics identifying opportunities for increased revenue, market share, and profitability. In addition to analytics the role will support tools and project tracking to drive profitable growth. This role will support NA Food Service and Retail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Support and manage cross functional workstreams to help build a best-in-class revenue management capacity for the company.
  • Manage and enhance RGM tools to deliver insights and actionable top and bottom-line opportunities to the company.
  • Develop and maintain internal topline reporting and other ad-hoc reporting and analysis for internal evaluation of market opportunities and risks regarding price, promotion and product.
  • Utilize tools and strategies to assist Sales & Operations Planning build optimal trade plans.
  • Work with marketing, product development, and sales to embed portfolio and brand strategies, guardrails, and price architecture.
  • Review programs against KPIs and report on successes and opportunities.
  • Participate in pricing discussions with FP&A, Sales, and Marketing to collaborate on pricing recommendations for monthly and quarterly price list updates and RFP/bids
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, (e.g. customer pricing, customer inventory reporting, opportunity reporting), and collaborate with business team leadership to find solutions.
  • Thrive working in a cross functional environment and presenting complex topics in concise and understandable ways to a broad audience.
  • Support the implementation and process integration of a TPM system.

Qualifications: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Food Service experience.
  • 2+ CPG RGM experience.
  • 2-3 years of reporting and analysis experience, experience with a BI Reporting tool a plus.
  • Experience with price elasticity and promotional ROI models including TPM systems.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguous requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen, Retailer Data, etc.)
