Influential, the leader in Influencer marketing, is looking for a Manager, Payroll Accounting to join our growing Accounting team.
Reporting directly to the SVP, Corporate Controller, this position will play a key role on our team.
Essential Functions

• The Manager, Revenue Accounting will play a critical role in managing the Revenue operation tasks, contract review, cross-functional strategies initiatives and new product introduction.
• Manage revenue operation tasks, monthly and quarterly revenue close activities and ensure revenue is recognized appropriately and that reporting is accurate.
• Review customer contracts for revenue recognition to ensure compliance with company policies and appropriate revenue recognition standards under ASC 606.
• Maintain great relationships with business partners and accounting peers to address accounting and operational needs.
• Understand Revenue and Order to Cash business processes and consistently seize opportunities to enhance and scale processes.
• Collaborate on the Annual audit process and Tax requests.
• Maintain formal accounting practices and procedures to ensure US GAAP compliance and strong internal control.
• Lead and assist with other special projects, as needed.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5 - 8 years of proven experience.
• Experience in Revenue Accounting and accounts receivable.
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP, with a focus in revenue recognition and accounts receivable.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to identify, promote, and implement change and efficiencies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Skilled in use of Microsoft Office applications; hands on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Salesforce.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff, strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Salary Range
$90,000 - $115,000
