Position Summary
Responsible for detailed implementation plans to execute product strategy flawlessly in collaboration with cross-functional business partners. Responsible for the implementation of significant product initiatives. Applies in-depth knowledge of managing all aspects of project plan(s), maintaining understanding of technical aspects and details of execution, and identifying product implications and dependencies.
Establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for the Retail Health Population Health team to advance population Health and gaps in care products- Manage and manipulate data sets, including formatting, configuration, and enrichment, to support campaign-based member engagement
- Data analysis to understand patterns and draw conclusions in a hypothesis driven approach
- Implement and monitor business plans and oversees business optimizations to deliver on KPIs
- Take full accountability for results, serve as product expert, and leverage all resources available to achieve KPIs
- Direct/provide enhancements to business processes, policies, and infrastructure to improve product delivery
- Challenge self and others to look to the future to create quality products, services, and solutions
- Ensure product strategies are articulated in a compelling manner customized for different stakeholders including laying out facts / data in easily digestible format and drawing clear conclusions
- Assists in the management of robust high-level business requirements and help to deliver on product strategy considering linkages between systems, technical system implications, and anticipating changes and resolving barriers
- Assesses risks, communicates dependencies, and recommends alternative solutions in a timely manner that allows for mitigation and strategic reaction

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of healthcare experience
- Strong skills in managing and manipulating data sets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to substantiate assumptions and make large scale programmatic recommendations
- Experience with Excel, creating pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s
- Engagement or understanding of health plan members and/or patient care in a service environment
- Leading projects and/or programs, collaborating, and working across matrix organization

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$63,300.00 - $139,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
