SCOPE – Manager - Regulatory Affairs
This individual will be responsible for maintaining corporate compliance with all Regulatory systems and affairs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Manager - Regulatory Affairs
- Interpret and apply regulations to corporate practices.
- Develop and maintain company policies and procedures related to all relevant regulatory compliance.
- Identify regulatory challenges and collaborate cross functionally to solve them.
- Stay current with emerging regulatory guidance, industry standards and translate these into process improvements and best practices.
- Actively look for ways to improve current processes within the department and across the business to gain efficiency.
- Build skills in team members through training and mentorship.
- Direct Reports: RD Food Science and Regulatory Technologist
- Review and approve case labels and transmittals prior to production

- Safety/GMP/Food Safety/Quality policies followed
- BRC Compliance
- Reporting accuracy
- Customer requirements
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS – Manager - Regulatory Affairs
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in Regulatory Compliance.
- Ability to build strong relationships, provide excellent customer service, and problem solve
- This position is an onsite position.
