MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an engineering field. A master’s degree is desirable.
- Ten plus years of experience in a quality assurance environment with five years in a management or supervisory role.
- Black Belt certification preferred. Lean Methodology preferred.
- Five to ten years in investment casting experience in Quality or Engineering is desirable.
- Computer literacy in word processing and spreadsheets is required.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the Quality Control function for all external customers by overseeing individual Quality Engineer responsibilities.
- Interact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with Operation products and service.
- Establish, monitor and communicate the Operation’s goals for quality performance.
- Ensure that the highest standard of ethics is maintained throughout the Quality organization.
- Conduct all activities in compliance with the “Company’s Code of Conduct”.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
