The Quality Assurance Manager will plan, coordinate, and the direct Quality Assurance program to ensure quality products consistent with established standards.
Essential Job Duties:
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Oversee the implementation of quality control measures throughout the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency
- Lead investigations into product quality issues and customer complaints
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Train employees on Quality Assurance processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations related to Quality Assurance
Requirements:Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Level III preferred
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and techniques
- Familiarity with ASME codes & standards
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
