Manager, Partner Solutions

About You  As a Manager on our Partner Solutions team, you will manage a diverse and exciting client portfolio including nonprofits, corporations, and foundations with a variety of philanthropic objectives. You will execute our suite of consulting services across 3 to 5 clients at any given time, making important decisions with our Managing Director, Senior Director, and Senior Managers. Additionally, you will interact with clients on a daily basis in this fast-paced, strategic, and creative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting or has worked in house at a large nonprofit, major corporate brand, institutional or family foundation, and is ready to take the next step in their career.   We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates:  * Experience in frontline fundraising with corporations, foundations, or major donors  * Experience in corporate or foundation grantmaking strategy and program facilitation   * Proven project management skills, including managing small teams of junior, mid-level and senior staff against goals and deadlines  Qualifying for this role means you have completed a bachelor's or master's degree and have 5+ years' experience in philanthropy. You have fantastic people skills with the savvy to communicate with C-Suites, boards, and donors. Visa sponsorship is not available. This is a full-time role and we welcome a local candidate to work in a hybrid model with one to two days per week in the Alexandria, VA office.
