The compensation target range for this role is:

The Manager, Paid Search will be responsible for owning the hands-on management for Purple’s Paid Search program, including brand search, non-brand search, shopping, PMAX, demand gen, etc. The position will report to the Senior Manager, Paid Search.Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Day to day oversight of Paid Search, shopping, and PMAX campaigns
Manage the execution of campaigns, ongoing bid optimizations, budget pacing, etc.
Analyze search performance data to gain insights, identify areas of improvement, grow website traffic and conversions and help integrate into strategic plans
Provide regular performance reporting and communicate performance drivers/trends through data storytelling
Collaborate with Senior Manager, Paid Search to create and execute ongoing testing plans for ad copy, keyword expansions, landing pages, industry betas, etc.
Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends, best practices, and developments
Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, brand marketing, and product to ensure that Paid Search strategies align with overall brand objectives and messaging
Research, analyze, and crush competitor advertising programs
Assist in the management of relationships with external partners (e.g. Google, Microsoft)
Required Skills, Education, Experience:
3 - 5 years Paid Search experience
BS in marketing or related field
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and preferred familiarity with Search Ads 360
Experience working with feed management platforms (Productsup, Feedonomics, ChannelAdvisor, etc.)
Thorough knowledge of search, shopping, and PMAX campaign structure, optimizations, trends and best practices
Previous experience driving profitable campaigns with large multi-million-dollar budgets
Well versed in performance marketing, conversion, remarketing, shopping feeds, and funnel messaging optimization
Familiarity with industry tools that assist with competitive analysis, forecasting, testing, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel used specifically for pivot tables, vlookups, and data trend analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Very strong attention to detail and demonstrated analytical skills
Self-starter approach to work, a positive attitude, and a drive to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility.
