The Manager, Operations is a member of the InHome Driver Experience team responsible for Learning and Development content and strategy for the InHome program.
This exciting opportunity will impact how our InHome drivers and store leaders and other partners learn during their onboarding and throughout their time with the program and will work primarily with subject matter experts across operations, product, and compliance. Our InHome Drivers are the face of the InHome program making deliveries to customers doorstep or inside of their home.
Their training and learning experience is integral to the member experience for Walmart +. The role is based in Hoboken, NJ.

- Excellent writing skills and the ability to make complex topics easy and engaging.
- You have a keen eye for editing and revising; when requirements change or business needs pivot, you're not afraid to tear the copy down and rebuild it.
- You have a passion for storytelling, enthusiasm for creating content that meets different audiences.
- You have experience scripting and developing video training content.
You'll make an impact by...
- Create and implement training content across multiple touchpoints including: Process Guides, Learning Management System (LMS) training courses, video content, and instructor lead training.
- Identify and track learning metrics to ensure effectiveness and ROI of programs/initiatives.
- Conduct ongoing content reviews to ensure content is updated and accurate.
