Manager On Duty

Island Health and Fitness is looking for highly motivated and knowledgeable person to assist our members within our facility with great customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:.

· Perform opening/closing procedures of the fitness floor and cardio areas.

· Provide positive customer service by assisting patrons and clients via spotting, answering questions on exercise and techniques as well as demonstrations on fitness equipment.

· Assist member service associates with customer service.

· Acting as Manager on Duty.

Required Qualifications

· Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications

· Experience in weightlifting and correct form

· Must have Associates degree.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Education:

• Associate (Required)

Experience:

• Strength Training: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR/AED (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Ithaca, NY 14850: Relocate before starting work (Required)
