Shift Hours:
Full-Time; Monday - Friday between 7am to 5 pm with flexibility. No holidays or weekends.
This is 100% onsite.
Job Description:
Responsible for the Business Operations performance of Bellin SSC as defined by Bellin’s strategies – Best People and Teams, Best Experience, Best Care and Healthiest Communities, and Best Partner. Promote system standardization of business processes through improvement activities, tools, and developing people with a team focus. Act as a change agent consistent with Bellin’s mission, vision, and strategies. Accountable for the Business Operations in the most efficient and effective manner to ensure return on investment targets are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration (or related field) required
Appropriate license required based on education background
Minimum of five to seven years of business-related experience, using job-related information systems, excellent written/oral communication, must be extremely detail-oriented, and operational management experience is required; prior lean/quality, organizational financial planning, and healthcare environment experience preferred.
