Form of work*TEKsystems has a full time hybrid need with a health care company in the South Denver area. * The role is for a Data Warehouse Manager with a blended background with both technical experience and management in the Healthcare sector. The role will be managing nine individuals and need to be comfortable leading contributors.
They'll also play a hands-on role in the Data Warehouse that is currently ongoing and be okay doing technical work. A few projects they'll be responsible for helping or leading: 1) Data governance for a company wide data collaborative initiative. 2) Completing the EDW that is at 70% completion.
The last 30% entails a number of artifacts that need to get brought into the EDW as well as guiding care data and integration with Salesforce. 3) Data marts/layers build out 4) Leading efforts for EDW documentations (dictionary, use cases, etc.)Manages the daily activities of the EDW team responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of Data Warehouse systems and related data marts.Provides senior technical leadership to design, develop, integrate and support the entire Data Warehouse with a focus on availability, performance, scalability, quality and maintainability.Provides mentoring and advice on EDW design and implementation to establish and standardize industry coding best practices as they relate to ETL and Data Modeling.Supports technical development in designing, testing and implementing application changes.Responsible for contributing to and strategically managing the roadmaps for Data Governance and data transformation solutions for the team.Defines and establishes data marts based on business functional needs; collaborates with Infrastructure and DBA teams to establish security models to support access control that supports Data Mart usage and data sources as agreed by the Data Governance team.Oversees data design and the creation Of Database architecture, data dictionary, and data repositories.
