Quantic is a Point of Sale System Solution company based in West Chester, PA. We are looking for a full-time Manager of Customer Success who will assist our support team to run the day to day operations
Responsibilities:
- Management of the customer support queue (Phone/Email/Text)
- Work with the team to improve the support process and ensure tickets are resolved with a solution and root cause
- Develop a technical support training program
- Exhibits effective client relationship management as demonstrated through email, phone,
- Provides guidance, training, and motivation as necessary to develop the customer support team
- Monitoring and managing the SLA for the support request
- Software POS Programming
- Communicating with clients
- Understanding POS reports
- Assisting in Remote POS Installs
- Participate and assist in Technical Documentation
Work Experience:
1. Preferred 4 or more years of experience in customer service and technical support experience
2. Combination of business and technical aptitude, particularly with CRM
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and project management skills
4. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
5. Strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
