Due to Hawk Ridge Systems’ incredible growth plans, we are looking for another ambitious, goal-oriented, remote Customer Success Manager to join our successful Customer Success Team! The Customer Success Manager is responsible for renewing SolidWorks products and related products to current customers. This role is a strategic and supportive partner to our customers and will provide an outstanding experience throughout the customer journey and is focused on building loyalty and ensuring long term client retention and account renewals.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN THIS CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER ROLE?
- Renewing current Client Base
- Introducing and upselling customers to SolidProfessor Essential and Elite offerings
- Renewing a minimum of 90% of customers monthly and preparing quotes
- Upselling customers to 3-year renewals
- Following a 7-step auto renewal process
- Processing orders with order management to include: Conversion of quote to a Sales Order, Processing of Customer P.O., Acquiring SWX Corporation discount approval and deal registration
- Working collaboratively with Sales Reps and Managers to provide unparalleled service to customers
WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER ROLE?
- 1-2 years previous experience in a Customer Success OR Sales/Account Management position (SaaS, technical solutions, and/or software is preferred)
- Salesforce CRM experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in the renewals process and passionate about providing an outstanding experience throughout the customer journey
- Experience collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams
- Autonomous, self-driven, detail-oriented, excellent communicator with outstanding time management and interpersonal skills (empathetic, team player, problem solver with excellent conflict management skills)

Hawk Ridge Systems has determined that the new hire hourly base pay range for this role is between $27.21 and $34.04. This position is also eligible for a bonus incentive plan. Your base pay will be based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Since we appreciate transparency, we are sharing that we expect to hire for this position up to mid-range (dependent on experience/location), which will allow you the opportunity to progress as you grow in your career.
