Job Description:
As the Manager, Supply Chain Obsolescence at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will play a pivotal role in reshaping our end-to-end enterprise obsolescence processes, with a primary focus on reducing exposure and improving controls. This position is critical to optimizing our supply chain, supporting the business's current needs, and driving efficiency improvements throughout our existing processes to reduce cost. You will lead the charge in setting new standards, transforming our supply chain, and ensuring we maintain a competitive edge in the market. Speed to improvement is paramount in this role.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prioritization: Identify and prioritize key opportunities that will deliver the most significant impact to obsolescence, with a focus on rapid execution.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives, mapping existing processes, and driving functional changes where necessary to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Business Alignment: Liaise with key stakeholders throughout Supply Chain to ensure alignment and accountability with obsolescence reduction.
- System and Tool Development: Define the long-term system and tool requirements necessary to set our teams up for success in supply chain planning.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain a robust system to track and report progress against obsolescent targets, identifying risks and ensuring visibility and accountability.
Key Performance Indicators:
Success in this role will be measured through a combination of qualitative and quantitative performance measures aligned with strategic track charter milestones and Supply Chain KPIs. Key metrics will be determined and communicated to ensure clarity on performance expectations.
Key Relationships:
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Leadership and functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Interact with Commercial Leadership and relevant functional SMEs to align obsolescence strategies with business objectives.
- Engage with Finance Leadership to ensure financial aspects of supply chain obsolescence management are addressed effectively.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required; preferably in a Supply Chain or Logistics related field of study
- Heavy working experience with SAP is required; APO and SNP experience is preferred
- 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or similar function is required
- Proactive approach and a strong desire to drive change and continuous improvement
