The Manager - Landside Operations will effectively manage ground transportation and parking operations to ensure its goals and objectives maximizing customer service and revenue opportunities. Performs parking demand, revenue, and forecasting analysis.
Respond to and investigate customer and employee complaints in a professional manner. Manages relations with the Airport's ground transportation tenants and vendors. Provides the highest level of customer service to airport patrons specific to public parking and ground transportation.
Evaluate and implement changes to policies and procedures pertaining to ground transportation. Identify future parking revenue and associated marketing opportunities. Ensure compliance with FAA and TSA regulations related to ground transportation and passenger loading areas.
Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business Administration, Management or related field; five (5) years related work experience managing a high-volume parking operation, including three (3) years experience in a direct supervisor role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This is a Full-time, Exempt position. Starting pay rate will be based on previous work experience and education.
