Advance your career as a Manager, Integrated Business Analysis & Reporting at WK Kellogg Co.  We are looking for top talent in the Chicago, IL or Battle Creek, MI area. As a Manager of Integrated Business Analysis & Reporting, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the understanding of sales trends by contributing valuable insights through comprehensive reporting. You will not only interpret data but also facilitate a collaborative and informed approach to our business decisions particularly in the dynamic realms of cross-channel performance and innovation.

With your analytical expertise, you will empower our organization to make informed and strategic business decisions based on a deep understanding of market dynamics and performance. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Sales Data Interpretation and Visualization – Demonstrate a keen understanding of sales data and adeptly visualize insights. Offer transparency to key metrics, showcasing WK Kellogg Co’s performance across various channels.
• Integrated Insights for Diverse Channels – Synthesize insights from omni, AFH (Away from Home), and grocery channels into actionable information. Provide comprehensive recommendations based on a holistic view of WK Kellogg Co’s performance across these diverse avenues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Foster collaborative partnerships with the Growth team and Sales partners to gain a nuanced understanding of the drivers behind their business strategies. Work seamlessly across teams to integrate insights and contribute to a cohesive, cross-functional approach.
• Innovation Performance Analysis – Conduct thorough analysis of innovation performance within WK Kellogg Co. Provide actionable information on innovation performance, not only for our organization but also in comparison to industry competitors, enabling strategic decision-making.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• Proven experience and ability to collaborate seamlessly and effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable productive working relationships across different teams.
• Proven experience and ability for identifying and prioritizing key business issues.
• Capability to translate these issues into actionable insights and effectively communicate them to business partners is crucial.
• Relationship builder and connector with the ability to influence business decisions with a strategic mindset
• Experience working with multiple technologies such as Excel, Power Point, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Experience working with syndicated data, showcasing proficiency in leveraging and interpreting data from various sources to derive meaningful insights is highly preferred.
